Using the site

You may read, print and share pages from this site for teaching, study and evaluation. You may not republish our content as your own, resell it, or use it to train a model without our written permission.

What we publish

Programme descriptions, learning outcomes, teaching plans and book specifications are published from approved edition source files. Editions change. Where a page shows a source edition, that is the edition it describes — check it against the book in front of you before relying on it for a purchase or a scheme of work.

AI-assisted material

Some material is drafted with AI assistance and then checked by our academic team before publication. Anything marked draft or awaiting a source edition has not completed that check and should not be relied on.

Copyright

The text, artwork, book covers, series names and the JESSI marks on this site belong to Jessi Publications or are used with permission. The watercolour illustrations and the wordmark are not free to reuse.

Links out

We link to our e-book and question-paper systems and occasionally to external opportunities. We check what we link to, but we do not control it, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the far side of it.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction.
