What not to do
Don’t rush ahead of the class. Don’t compare with a sibling or a neighbour’s child. Don’t correct every attempt, and don’t turn home into another exam hall.
What to expect
Progress is uneven and that is normal. Repetition, play and confidence usually matter more than speed — especially in the early years.

What helps a UKG child is not what helps a Class 6 child. Parent guidance is generated from the same approved class record the teacher uses, then rewritten in plain language — so it matches the book your child actually brought home.
